Art Therapy
I utilize art therapy to help me better understand your experience. When creating art during sessions, it is important to me to help you find a way in which you can express yourself freely. At times, art can help us connect with our emotions and process events in a way that talk therapy alone cannot. Art can also help us acknowledge and explore other aspects of our lives that we might not be presently aware of.
