On this page you will find a collection of links that were either highly requested by clients, that clients have found to be helpful, or that I often ask clients to complete. Some of these links are assessment tools, the others just helpful resources made easily accessible all in one place.
These links are self-assessments, not diagnostic tools. I find it is often helpful to bring your results into a therapy session as it can be a jumping off point for a larger conversation. It is also be an opportunity to reflect and bring awareness to your own reactions about your results.

The HSP test is a self-assessment tool designed to identify individuals who possess traits associated with high sensitivity. Click here

A more user friendly version of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) which is the commonly known personality test. Click here

PHQ-9 - This assessment is for depression and is focused on the duration of symptoms.
Beck Depression Inventory - This assessment is also for depression but focuses more on the severity of symptoms. (It’s a good idea to do both this one and PHQ-9)
GAD-7 - The Generalized Anxiety Disorder Assessment measures the severity of anxiety symptoms.
ACE - The Adverse Childhood Experiences questionnaire is an assessment tool used to identify and measure traumatic or adverse experiences people.
DES-II - The Dissociative Experiences Scale is used as a screening tool for dissociative disorders. It is also a helpful tool to know how much you are dissociating as a symptom of your diagnosis (depression, anxiety, etc).
